Design & Construction

The site was a subdivision of six survey strata blocks in total, our client engaged us to build on one of these.

A return customer for the Summit Projects team, this project was scheduled for completion to the lock-up stage. The design was a modern townhouse, intended to maximise the living space for family living that would enable its occupants to take advantage of the fantastic location near the riverside.

The feature staircase makes a grand entry statement to the spacious downstairs living zones including a home theatre, spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area, as well as a separate bathroom and a guest bedroom/home office.

Upstairs, three bedrooms including the master bedroom, plus ensuite and family bathroom plus an additional private living area completes the plan.

The home was positioned on the block to allow river glimpses from the upstairs living area and front balcony.

Result

A contemporary two storey townhouse designed to suit the needs of a modern family, worthy of its location in a riverside suburb.
