Our fearless client was one who did not mind pushing the boundaries - this was evident when they requested that a third level be added to the design of each townhouse. The Summit Projects design team obliged and designed and constructed the unit development as instructed.

Result

Unique, modern and appealing triple storey triplex development. Each unit featured 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (all of which were located on the second floor), large open plan living space downstairs, a double lock up garage as well as a loft area on the top level which was complete with WC and kitchenette.
