For this rear strata home, Summit Projects was required to incorporate heritage elements from the original house into the design of the elevation. The feature weatherboard cladding combined with whole of house render and exposed rafters gave this home the perfect balance of heritage appeal and modern day elegance it required.

Other features included stainless steel appliances, stone benchtops, fridge recess, separate laundry and WC, as well as walk-in-robe to the master bedroom.
