Design & Construction

A site adjacent to a nature strip with natural bushland sounds picturesque, but can throw up unforseen costs and hurdles to the uninitiated. Changes to BAL regulations dictated setback and specification upgrades to this development. But Summit Projects was aware of these statutory requirements so there were no hidden surprises for the owner/developer.
Coupled with being an irregular shaped triangle site, the design was formulated around the BAL setbacks and block shape, to achieve an outcome that worked for the owner, aesthetically and financially.

Result

Thirteen three bedroom, two bathroom grouped dwellings in a picturesque setting. Another grouped housing development successfully delivered by the Summit Projects team.
