Design & Construction

Our client worked closely with their Development Consultant, Adrian to create a custom triplex design to make the most of her 721m2 block in Innaloo. The three villa development required careful planning to overcome a trapezoid shaped block that was neighbouring seven properties. 

Result

To maximise the space within each villa, customised 3x2 designs were created, each including a double garage and storage space with north facing courtyards. The client wanted each villa to contain modern amenities including open-plan living with island benches to the kitchen and extra wide sliding doors out to the entertaining areas.  

Villa 3 is two-storey with extra living space and views over the suburbs due to its elevated position.

Features in every villa include:

  • Kitchen cupboards to the ceiling
  • Separate toilets
  • Modern grey colour palette internally and externally
  • Direct access to outside and the clothes line from the laundry 
  • Bath
  • Downlights


The client was very happy with the end result of her development and all three villas are currently tenanted.
