Design & Construction

As a first time developer, our client was looking for an experienced and quality multi-unit developer who could make the process of developing their block streamlined and easy. Working closely with their Development Consultant, Adrian a custom triplex design was created to make the most of their R30 zoned, 819m2 block in Yokine. To attract a wide range of tenants, each villa featured slight design differences giving it a unique appeal.

Result

The development consists of 3 villas, 1x1 villa with open plan living, theatre and single garage and two 3x2 villas with open-plan living and double garages. All three villas share a common driveway and offer private alfresco/courtyards.

Our client was very pleased with the triplex, and felt the development had exceeded his expectations, particularly the high-quality finish achieved. As a result, all three villas are currently tenanted.
