Design & Construction

As the block was quite tight for a triplex development site, two single storey units and a double storey unit at the rear was designed. This allowed for three well sized units to be built on the site, the rear unit featuring the living space, kitchen and laundry downstairs, and all the bedrooms / bathrooms on the upper level.


A modern triplex development with all units featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as a generous sized living / dining space that follows through an outdoor courtyard. The single storey units were complete with a single lockup garage and as well as a car space in behind the garage and the double storey was finished off with a double lockup garage.
