Given that the block had two street frontages, this allowed Summit Projects to design the development in two separate stages. The block was essentially split up into two smaller lots to create stage one which consisted of nine units and stage two which consisted of fourteen units.
Being designed and constructed in two stages allowed Summit Projects to created two smaller boutique unit developments, which was an extremely clever design as it gave nine of the units a street frontage.
This recently completed project features twenty three quality units all complete with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, double garage, open plan living, kitchen and dining space, as well as carpets, floor tiling, wall painting, fencing and front landscaping.
