The clients wanted to maximize financial return by creating appropriately designed properties for the location and final sale range. We assisted with advice and forecast being mindful that the product had to retain certain residual value.

Through the amalgamation of two lots in Gosnells, Summit Projects designed and constructed eight virtually identical units sited on a low maintenance property within close proximity to public transport and shopping facilities.
