Step 2: Site Inspection - A Summit Projects Development Consultant will provide a no obligation site inspection of your property and will offer you valuable advice on your investment options and how to maximize your sites potential.
Step 3: Design - At Summit Projects every project is unique and the Summit Projects Design Team continually strive to provide innovative solutions for each development. Our dynamic Design Team will work with you to create a development that suits your budget and requirements. You can view past unit development projects here.
Step 4: Feasibility Study - Your Summit Projects Property Development Consultant will present you with a complete package including a concept which encompasses a contour and feature survey, site plan, floor plan, elevations, a detailed quotation summary and specification.
Step 5: Planning - Building License - Contracts - Its all taken care of when building with Summit Projects you don't have to worry about all the red tape and permits as your Summit Projects Development Consultant is invaluable in arranging the development applications and approval with Council, building licenses, working drawings and contracts.
Step 6: Finance - Whilst the above is getting completed for you, you have the time to (or we can assist you) organise and finalise your finance.
Step 7: Materials and Colours - The Summit Projects Interior Design Consultant will guide you through this important process and assist you to select materials, colours and help complete the fit out of your development adding value and instant appeal.
Step 8: Construction - You will be appointed a Summit Projects Supervisor and Project Coordinator who will manage the building of your property ensuring the building process is as easy for you as possible. They will assist you with any queries and keep you updated with the progress of your development.

A zone shows the preferred land uses in an area, it regulates building and structure dimensions, design, placement and use. Zoning is used to preserve the character of a community and is measured by the R-Code. To undertake any kind of medium density housing you will firstly need to confirm the R-Code of your proposed site. Requirements will vary from council to council, but they must be uniform within each.
