We were also very satisfied with the end product as each unit was slightly different from the others and all the fixtures and finishes were of excellent quality for the price range we were in. They looked very smart and contemporary and we were pleased that on Quentin's recommendation we had gone for a complete 'turnkey' package as the look and feel of the units were favourably commented upon by the selling agent and by the buyers - a strong factor in their quick sale.

Since signing our pre feasibility contract in 2009 we have really enjoyed building our family home with Summit. As we reflect on our experience it is only appropriate that we take some time to say thank you and acknowledge your team.

I have no hesitation in recommending Summit Projects for anyone who wishes to have top professional service in building their projects. I have completed two projects with Summit with a third up coming. Having looked around prior to selecting Summit, Quentin and his teams personal attention and helpful suggestions were far and above the rest.

Their working with local councils and knowledge of council bylaws was exceptional as was their ability to work out building plans to best suit the position of the block and utilise the value of the block.

Both projects were finished ahead of schedule which allowed me to begin renting our properties earlier which in itself was a cost saving exercise.

We found Summit very accommodating and professional in their approach and the handling of the project.

This was in all facets of the project being from the initial planning meeting to discuss the concept, then attending to the drawings, council, costing and finally construction and handover.

Throughout the whole process we felt in safe hands and were extremely happy in the manner in which it was handled including the passing on of cost savings.

The whole development was done in a very efficient manner. We would be more than happy to use Summit again.
